WhatsApp flows

Your customer messages at a quarter to eleven. You're asleep.

Most of the bookings you lose, you don't lose on price. You lose them because nobody answered. Here's what it looks like when someone does.

Sample conversation. The salon and the restaurant are not real and these scripts are written out in advance. The tone is real though: plain language, and it says so when it doesn't know something.

What we actually build

  1. One fixed flow, not a know-it-all

It does a handful of things well: check what's free, quote prices, give opening hours, lock in an appointment. Nothing more, and that's deliberate.

  2. A link to the calendar you already use

Whatever gets booked lands in it straight away. Double bookings can't happen.

  3. A reminder the next morning

It saves you the people who forgot.

  4. A limit

If the flow doesn't know, it says so and puts it in front of you. That isn't a shortcoming, it's the design.

What it is not

  1. Not software on a subscription

You don't get a programme you have to work out for yourself. We build it, you use it.

  2. Not a system pretending to be a person

Your customer doesn't need to be fooled to be helped properly.

  3. Nothing we fill in beforehand

What goes into the flow comes out of that hour in your place. A hairdresser's reads nothing like a garage's.

Let us take half an hour to look.

We call or come by. After that half hour you know what really makes a difference in your business, what it costs and when it will be up. Even if that turns out not to be with us.
